Selling Your Toys In 5 Easy Steps:

1. Initial contact:  Email  your name, address, phone/fax number, and e-mail address along with a complete description and photographs (if available) of the merchandise you have for sale.  Include detailed descriptions of item(s) condition, noting any flaws cosmetic or otherwise.  We will respond with a quote within 3 days.

2. Our quotes are based on your description of the merchandise, any photos we see, and the current market value of the items. Current market value does not mean fantasy-land collectible "book" value, but the current value traded daily in shops and online.  If items arrive to us in less than expected condition, then the price quotes will be adjusted. We do not pay extra for shipping.  Consider shipping built into our quote.

3. If you decide to sell any or all of your items to us, please notify Bits Of Kibitz with a call (715)551-4190 or email.  Our price quotes are good for 7 days. If you do not respond within 7 days, please ask for a new quote.

4. You accept: Please package your items very carefully inside a sturdy box with enough packaging material to protect your merchandise. Include a packing list stating the contents of the box (or boxes), along with price quotes, and your name, address, and phone number. If we do not receive the items within 7 days of the latest price quote, we reserve the right to return merchandise.

5. We will inspect the merchandise the day that it arrives. If there are any questions or problems we will contact you. If not, we will send the payment the following business day.
